Tema muzicală a serialului a câştigat un Grammy în 1991
Coloana sonoră a seriei Twin Peaks şi a filmului Fire Walk With Me din 1992 reapare pe vinil pe 19 mai, cu două zile înainte de a fi lansat noul sezon.
Muzica a fost compusă de Angelo Badalamenti, produsă de regizorul David Lynch, iar vocea feminină aparţine lui Julee Cruise.
Tema din Twin Peaks a câştigat un Grammy în 1991 la secţiunea Best Pop Instrumental Performance.
De asemenea, soundtrack-ul filmului Fire Walk With Me a fost compus tot de Badalamenti şi Lynch.
